Our “brioche style” bread flour blend that we use for our challah, dinner rolls, brioche style sandwich loaf, burger buns, babka, and cinnamon rolls!
Recipe on the back for the dinner rolls specifically and will make about 720g of dough (8-90g dinner rolls). The same recipe can be used for any of the items by adjusting the recipe up or down.
The blend is 800g of flour and would make ~24 dinner rolls, 15 burger buns, 2 sandwich loaves, 3 challahs, 3 babkas, or 20 cinnamon rolls
