Who we are
We created District Bread to provide the celiac community, a community to which we belong, with a product that is currently not available on the market. While gluten free baked goods have come a long way and can be readily available, bread products have been the exception. We set out to create a quality gluten free sourdough bread product that even those who are not GF will choose to eat.
All of our products are 100% gluten free, dairy free, nut free
*Our products are 100% gluten free. NOT Wheat Free. We use a flour blend that contains Gluten Free Wheat Starch
