all of our core products are gluten and dairy free

  • Our Sourdough Base

    Our sourdough base that we use for all of our dough contains honey and a gluten free wheat starch. Our breads are all safe for celiac, not suitable for those with wheat allergies or vegans who do not eat any honey.

    Our sourdough loaf and pita breads are made from only our base sourdough, unless otherwise stated with flavor inclusions.

  • Bagels

    Our bagels use our sourdough base dough as well as have an egg wash. Additionally, we bake all of our bagels on the same baking stone and therefore they all can potentially come in contact with the seasoning of the other bagels (sesame, poppy, everything).

  • Cross Contact

    We currently rent space and produce in a commercial kitchen but as we are celiac ourselves we take every precaution to ensure that our products are do not come into contact with any gluten containing items. We hope to move into our own space soon.
